Eating Well Magazine

Eating Well is a new friend at my house. After years of subscribing to Gourmet (no longer published), Bon Appetit, and Food & Wine I did not expect to find Eating Well so appealing. It is a beautifully executed periodical that is also very useful and practical.

Recipes are varied, appealing and within the reach of anyone who decides to try them. There is an emphasis on limiting calories, generally accomplished by avoiding processed ingredients. This is the PharmFoodie way and gets automatic approval from our organization.

I would recommend Eating Well to anyone who is striving to lose weight without “dieting” and enjoying food in the process. There is a little something for everyone here. The novice can be successful with these recipes and the experienced cook will find new and appealing additions to a healthy repertoire.
