Salsa

1 sweet red bell pepper                                          
½ cup sliced black olives
6-7 jalapeno peppers
1 can Niblets corn
3-4 cloves garlic
1 can black beans
1 bunch green onions
3 cans crushed or petite diced tomatoes
1 bunch fresh cilantro                                                      

Remove seeds from peppers and chop to small dice.  Finely chop garlic.  Thin slice the onions and coarsely chop the cilantro leaves.  Place all in a bowl that holds at least two quarts and toss together.  Drain and slightly rinse the black beans.  Add  with remainder of ingredients to pepper mixture.  Toss to mix.
