Snow Peas and Couscous

2 cups cooked Israeli couscous*
½ cup thinly sliced snow peas
¼ cup chopped or sliced almonds
¼ cup radishes, very thinly sliced
2 oz crumbled Feta cheese*
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon coarse salt

Toss all together and serve chilled.

*Quinoa may be substituted for the couscous and goat cheese may be substituted for  feta.
