White Bean Hummus

3 cups cooked Cannelini (or other large white bean) or two cans of white beans, rinsed
2 Tablespoons tahini
1 clove garlic (2 if small)
2-3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
salt to taste

Put all ingredients in blender or food processer and reduce to paste.  Chill or serve at room temperature as a dip or spread with raw vegetables and pita.

You may add 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper (or other paprika or pepper flakes) for a different taste.

Another variation is to omit the tahini and add 2 teaspoons finely chopped rosemary.
