Black Bean Hummus

½ cup chopped cilantro
2 Tablespoons tahini
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
¾ teaspoonful cumin
¼ teaspoonful salt
1-15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove, peeled
½ small jalapeno, seeded
pita chips,  tortilla chips, celery, carrot, and bell pepper strips

Place ¼ cup cilantro, tahini, and next 8 ingredients in food processor.  Process until smooth.  Spoon into bowl and sprinkle with remaining cilantro.  Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
