Black Bean and Barley Salad

1 can black beans, rinsed
1 cup cooked barley
3 green onions, chopped
¼ cup sweet red pepper, chopped
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped

1/3 cup Penzey’s Country French Vinaigrette (mixed according to package directions)

Toss together first 5 ingredients in medium-sized bowl and chill for 1 hour.  Toss with dressing and serve.
